Visalia Appliance Repair Pros
610 S Conyer St
Visalia, CA 93277
Visalia Appliance Repair Pros (“we”, “us”) is a licensed, insured and BHGS-registered appliance repair company at 610 S Conyer St, Visalia, CA. Every repair we complete is backed by a 90-day parts and labor warranty, in writing. This page explains what it covers, what it doesn’t, and how to use it.
If the same problem comes back within 90 days because of a part we installed or the work we did, call us. We come back and fix it at no extra cost to you.
1. What our warranty covers
Our warranty covers the repair we performed: the parts we supplied and installed, and our labor to install them. If the same problem returns during the warranty period because one of those parts was faulty or because of our workmanship, we return and fix it at no extra cost. That includes the return visit, the replacement part and the labor.
The warranty applies to every repair, from a door gasket to sealed-system work on a refrigerator or freezer.
2. When it starts and ends
The 90 days start on the date the repair is completed, as shown on your invoice. If we had to order a part and finish the job on a second visit, the warranty starts on the day of that second visit.
3. What is not covered
- Parts of the appliance we didn’t replace, and new failures that aren’t related to our repair
- Diagnostic-only visits where you chose not to go ahead with a repair
- Damage from misuse, accidents, power surges, flooding, fire or pests
- Problems caused by things outside the appliance, such as a blocked dryer vent run, low water pressure, a faulty outlet or household wiring
- Repairs or changes made by anyone else after our visit
- Cosmetic damage, and consumables such as water filters and light bulbs
4. Keeping your warranty valid
- Keep your invoice. If you can’t find it, give us your name and service address and we’ll look up the repair.
- Call us as soon as the problem comes back, before the 90 days end.
- Don’t let anyone else work on the repaired part of the appliance during the warranty period.
- Use the appliance as its manufacturer intends.
5. How to make a warranty claim
Call (559) 597-1018, any time, day or night, or email contact@appliancerepairvisaliaca.com with your name, service address, the appliance and the date of the original repair. We’ll schedule a visit, and the technician will inspect the appliance to confirm the cause. If the problem is covered, we fix it at no extra cost.
6. If the problem isn’t covered
If the technician finds a different cause, such as a new part failing, we’ll explain what we found before doing anything else. As with any repair, you’ll get a written estimate first, and no work starts without your approval.
7. Manufacturer warranties
If your appliance is still under a manufacturer’s warranty, tell us when you book. Some manufacturers require their own authorized service provider for warranty repairs, and we’ll tell you if that applies so you don’t lose that coverage. Our warranty is in addition to any manufacturer warranty you have.
8. Your rights under California law
This warranty is in addition to, and doesn’t limit, your rights under California consumer protection law. If we can’t resolve a warranty concern with you directly, you can contact the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services, which oversees appliance service dealers, at bhgs.dca.ca.gov.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version, and the warranty that applies to your repair is the one in effect on your service date.
