Accessibility Statement

Visalia Appliance Repair Pros (“we”, “us”) is a licensed, insured and BHGS-registered local business that repairs home appliances for households across Visalia and Tulare County. We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and book a repair easily.

1. Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We review the website when we add or change pages, and fix accessibility problems as we find them.

2. What we’ve done

• High-contrast text and buttons
• Text alternatives for meaningful images
• A clear heading structure on every page, so screen reader users can move around quickly
• Labels on every booking form field
• Pages that work with a keyboard and with screen readers
• Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and computers, and text that can be enlarged with your browser’s zoom
• No video or sound that plays on its own
• A click-to-call phone number on every page, so you can always reach a person

3. Known limitations

Some content comes from third parties, such as the embedded Google Map on our Contact and Service Areas pages, and we can’t fully control how accessible it is. Everything the map shows is also on the page as plain text: our address, 610 S Conyer St, Visalia, CA 93277, and the list of towns we serve.

4. Other ways to reach us

You never have to use the website to get help. Call (559) 597-1018 at any time, or email contact@appliancerepairvisaliaca.com. You can book, reschedule or ask a question by phone or email, just as you would online.

5. Help at your appointment

Our technicians come to your home. If anything would make the visit easier for you, such as a phone call instead of a text, more time to go through the estimate, or having the estimate read aloud, tell us when you book and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

6. Tell us about a problem

If you find a part of this website that’s hard to use, please tell us which page it was and what happened, by phone at (559) 597-1018 or by email at contact@appliancerepairvisaliaca.com. We read every message, and we’ll help you get what you need in the meantime.

7. Changes to this statement

We update this statement as we improve the website. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
